Impossible to cancel and not worth the effort
Impossible to cancel.
I used a voucher from a podcast to get a heavily discounted box of three bottles of wine, if i'd known how difficult it was to cancel i wouldn't have done. The effort isn't worth the discount!
I called not long after recieving my first box to cancel and they went in with hard sell to pause my subscription, give me a credit and send a box in June which they promised would be rose (it's not, it's another mixed case). After I paid for this and it arrived, i emailed them asking them to cancel because i couldn't get through to them on the phone. Two weeks and two emails later, i still haven't had a repsonse. I'm on hold again, trying to get through to them again, currently at 20 mins on hold.
Save yourself the hassle and take advantage of supermarket discounts on mid-level wines, it's the same standard and a lot less hassle.

Orders wrong, poor delivery, messed up the order rectifying the mistake, so order still wrong.

Pick up the phone
I called looking to cancel my subscription. I spoke to Michael C and he talked through the problem, gave me a 3 month discount and I've agreed to continue for now. If I'd simply had to email I would have stopped - which would mean they lose my custom and I lose supply of interesting beers.

Finding out about the wide world of beer

Fast delivery
Received a text in the evening about a good beer deal, accepted it and got the beer the next morning. Very fast and very good value for money
Very good tasting beers, but..
Very good tasting beers. A bit expensive as you can fancy ales in the big cans or bottles at certain shops for around £1.50 or less sometimes. Most of the beers are nice, they always through in a few 'out there' ones that can have an acquired taste. Personally I prefer pale ales so it would be nice to have a few sweeter ones in there.
Also, great customer service, spoke to Alex I think it was on my last call and he was very helpful and polite.

I have recently cancelled my subscription, as I decided it was no longer for me. The customer service via emails was excellent and I had no issues cancelling. Thank you. The service overall is really good and there is nothing wrong with the products. My decision to cancel was purely a financial one.
